Kesiagaan dalam Pencegahan Penyebaran Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) di Lingkungan Inspektorat Kota Salatiga

Inspektorat- Mencegah lebih baik daripada mengobati, begitulah motto yang sering kita dengar. Seperti halnya dalam mencegah penyebaran Virus Corona, berdasarkan Surat Edaran Sekretaris  Daerah Kota  Salatiga Nomor : 443.1/367/103.3 tentang Panduan Dalam  Menghadapi  Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) di Lingkungan  Organisasi  Perangkat Daerah  Kota Salatiga, maka Inspektur Kota Salatiga menginstruksikan kepada seluruh Pegawai Inspektorat Kota Salatiga agar tetap waspada dan agar selalu menerapkan hidup sehat juga menjaga kebersihan.

Berikut Instruksi dari Inspektur Kota Salatiga berdasarkan Surat Perintah Inspektur Nomor : 700/384/300/2020 tentang Kesiagaan dan Pencegahan Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) diantaranya adalah :

  1. Terapkan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS), seperti :
  • Sebelum dan sesudah beraktivitas biasakan mencuci tangan dengan sabun dan air yang mengalir minimal selama 20 detik, hindari menyeka mata, mulut dan hidung sebelum mencuci tangan
  • Membuang sampah di tempat sampah
  • Tidak merokok dan meludah disembarang tempat
  • Hindari berdekatan dengan orang yang sedang sakit khususnya yang sedang flu dan batuk dan jaga jarak minimal 1 meter
  • Senantiasa menjaga kebersihan meja kerja dan ruang kerja kantor (dipel dengan disinfektan)
  • Hindari kerumunan dan keramaian
  • Jika batuk dan bersin tutup hidung dan mulut dengan menggunakan tissue, lengan baju dan gunakan masker
  • Jika flu, batuk dan demam sebaiknya segera periksa ke dokter
  • Makan makanan bergizi dan berolahraga
  • Perbanyak berdoa kepada Allah SWT, agar diberi kesehatan, keselamatan dan terhindar dari semua jenis penyakit.
  1. Jangan mempercayai berita HOAX terutama  info  mengenai  virus Corona  yang sumbernya tidak dapat dipertanggungjawabkan.
  2. Gunakan informasi melalui media pemerintah yang sumbernya dapat dipercaya.
  3. Menunda sementara rapat koordinasi/ sosialisasi yang melibatkan banyak orang
  4. Menunda /menjadwalkan ulang
  5. Rapat  internal  Inspektorat   Kota   Salatiga   untuk   koordinasi   sementara menggunakan media elektronik email, HP dan/atau aplikasi ZOOM.
  6. Layanan konsultasi dengan  OPD  melalui  metode tatap muka untuk sementara menggunakan media elektronik email, HP dan/atau aplikasi ZOOM.
  7. Mekanisme pemeriksaan tidak melakukan tatap muka/ pertemuan fisik, terkait data dan informasi yang dibutuhkan dapat melalui teknologi informasi dan komunikasi lewat media elektronik (wa, email, telepon, video call dan/atau aplikasi ZOOM).
  8. Untuk absen pegawai  gunakan  waktu dan  jarak  antar  individu sehingga diusahakan jangan bersentuhan.
  9. Setiap bertemu dengan sesama untuk sementara jangan berjabat tangan, berpelukan dan cipika cipiki, tetapi dengan mengucap salam.
  10. Pegawai yang akan membeli makanan ringan dan berat di rumah makan, melihat terlebih dahulu kondisi kebersihan dan kesehatannya.
  11. Bagi tenaga kebersihan (kamar mandi, tempat wudhu) di dalam kantor untuk sering membersihkan secara rutin.
  12. Ketenangan dan tidak panik dibutuhkan untuk mengantisipasi terhindarnya.
